We offer two ticket types: - 1-Day Pass (October 1 only): $149 early bird (until September 14) / $200 standard. For property managers and agencies managing any number of units. - 2-Day Pass (September 30 - October 1): $225 early bird (until September 14) / $349 standard. For property managers with a portfolio of 20 or more units. All prices are in USD. A 5% tax applies and is not included in the listed price.

Tickets are fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the event (September 16, 2026). After this date, tickets are non-refundable. Please note that taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel, only the base ticket price (exclusive of tax) will be refunded.

The Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is a fully accessible venue. For accommodation, we recommend staying at the event venue itself or nearby hotels on the Palm Jumeirah. We recommend booking early as Dubai is a popular destination in September/October.

SCALE Middle East 2026 is a two-day in-person conference featuring curated peer-to-peer networking, a community-shaped agenda, and educational sessions. Day 1 (September 30) runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Day 2 (October 1) runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time). The full agenda will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event date.

Each event day includes: - **Welcome coffee break:** fresh juices, smoothie, fruit, yoghurt and granola, chia pudding, pastries and a savoury quiche - **Mid-morning coffee break:** fruit, pastries, sandwiches and a hot Arabic snack - **Networking buffet lunch:** salad bar, hot and cold mezze, hot bites, main courses and desserts Tea, coffee, juices and water are available all day. **Lunch mains – Wed 30 Sep:** sweet & sour prawns, Cajun chicken, pan-fried local fish, braised lamb shank, pasta napolitana (V), roast potatoes (V), basmati rice (V). **Lunch mains – Thu 1 Oct:** beef stroganoff, pan-fried salmon, roast chicken, seafood tagine, vegetable egg noodles (V), penne with chicken, saffron rice (V). No soup is served.

Yes. Vegetarian dishes are available at every break and at lunch, including salads, hummus, baba ghanouj, labneh, pasta, noodles and rice. Buffet dishes are labelled with these codes: - **V** – vegetarian - **G** – gluten - **D** – dairy - **N** – nuts - **E** – egg - **SF** – shellfish All desserts contain gluten, egg, nuts and dairy. Registration opens at 9:00 AM each day. The registration desk is located right outside the Main Stage (Scale Room) at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah — staff and signage will guide you there. Please bring your ticket QR code and a valid photo ID.

There are two stages this year, both on the same floor: the Scale Room (Main Stage) and the Knowledge Room. There is no Startup Room this year.
